As the Claimant proceeded across the junction with Priests Bridge, the Defendant turned right across the Claimant's path, and a collision occurred.

What happened?

The Claimant was cycling along Upper Richmond Road West. The traffic was quite heavy. The Claimant was travelling on the inside of the traffic at a cautious speed. As the Claimant proceeded across the junction with Priests Bridge, the Defendant turned right across the Claimant's path, and a collision occurred. After the Claimant was medially examined in October 2010, a recommendation was made by the medical expert for Mr Brown to have an MRI scan, and thereafter to seek the view of a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon.Levenes arranged both the MRI scan and seeking further medical opinion, and we are hopeful that a settlement will be reached in the near future.
