What happened?

Our client was cycling in a north along Tulse Hill (A204). As he approached the driveway leading to Tulse Hill Estate, a car emerged from the driveway right in front of him and attempted to turn right on to Tulse HIll. Our client had to take evasive action and sharply applied his breaks, causing him to lose control of his bicycle and slide along the road.
