Laceration to forehead. Whiplash. Bruising to shoulder, back, thigh and left knee. Multiple abrasions.

What happened?

At approx 09:40 am The client was cycling along Kennington Park Road when the third party pulled out from the forecourt of a buiders merchant on to Kennington Park Road across the client's path, thereby causing a collision. The third party was arrested by the police at the scene and was subsequently convicted of driving without due care and attention and was fined £350, paid £100 in court fees and had 6 penalty points endorsed on his licence.
